What is included
Minor changes and tweaks are included before it goes live: wording, a photograph, a price, an opening time. After it goes live, any change is quoted before it is done, so nothing is ever charged without you agreeing it first.

Questions
Who are you, and why build this without asking?
Parallax Studio is Scott Morgan's web studio in Poole. We take a business's existing website and build it a better one, then show it. Nobody briefed us, and nobody owes us anything for looking.
Is something wrong with my current site?
You do not have one. What you have is a listing on a directory, in their design, on their address. This page is built from that listing, in your own name, where Google and ChatGPT can find you when someone asks who to use. Ask, and Scott will walk you through what we found.
What happens to my current site and my domain?
Nothing. Your listing stays where it is. The new site goes live on a domain name of your own, registered in your name, and you can point the listing at it.
Can I change the wording or a photograph?
Yes. Wording, a photograph, an opening time, a colour that is wrong: say so and it is changed before it goes live. After it goes live, changes are quoted first, so nothing is charged without you agreeing it.
What does it cost, and is there anything monthly?
£350, once, by card. No monthly fee and nothing to renew with us. Hosting is included. We register a domain name in your name as part of the work. From then on you renew it yourself, once a year, and we tell you where.
What happens after I pay, and how long does it take?
Scott writes within one working day. You tell us the tweaks, you sign it off, we choose and register the domain name with you, and it is usually live the same day it is registered.
What about my ordering, booking and social links?
Your listing carries none, only your phone number, and that works exactly as it does now. If you have a booking system or a social page you want linked, say so and it goes on.
What if I do not want it?
Nothing happens. The page stays up for a while and then comes down. Nobody is charged for looking, and nobody will chase you.
Card details are typed on Stripe's own page. Parallax Studio never sees them.
